Copyright & DMCA Policy
Our Commitment to Copyright Protection
MiSideZero.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We are committed to complying with copyright laws and responding promptly to any claims of infringement.
If you believe that any copyright infringement exists on MiSideZero.com (the "Site"), please notify us using the process below. We will respond promptly and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material once properly informed.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we have designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement. If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
We take all copyright claims seriously and will investigate each notice thoroughly. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
How to Submit a Copyright Claim
All copyright infringement claims must be made in writing and sent to our Designated Agent:
Designated Agent (Copyright Manager)
MiSideZero.com
E-mail: support@misidezero.com
Your notice must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature (as the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed, or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or—if multiple works are covered by a single notice—a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (or the subject of infringing activity), and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it on the Site (e.g., specific URLs).
- Information reasonably sufficient to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and (if available) email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our Site and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We encourage you to consult with a legal professional before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright.
